Pick your day is a delivery option where you can have your parcel delivered in a selected delivery window. This allows you greater flexibility to receive your delivery by selecting evening and weekend deliveries.
Pick your day orders will be delivered on the day selected in the checkout. If delivery is unsuccessful, delivery will be attempted at the same time the next day. Pick your day shipping is $5.50 for Weekday evening delivery and $7.70 for Saturday delivery for orders over $59 and Bonds Rewards members. For orders under $59, Pick your day shipping is $12.45 for Weekday evening delivery and $14.65 for Saturday delivery.
Pick your day is currently available for Victoria metro postcodes.
As long as they have your order confirmation email, featuring the QR code, they can collect the order on your behalf.
It can take up to 1 – 2 business days for your order to be picked and packed. During peak periods this may be longer due to the high volume of orders.
We use Australia Post eParcel to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery can take up to 7 business days. Please allow an additional 5 business days for personalised items to be delivered. If you would like you order earlier, you can now use Pick your day delivery in the checkout, with evening and Saturday delivery.
Our system automatically updates to remove products from our online store when stock is low. On occasion, we may receive multiple orders just before this happens. As a result, when we pick your order, we discover this stock is no longer in our warehouse. On this occurrence the order will be refunded back to your method of payment used, for the items unavailable.
No probs! We have three convenient options for you to choose from if delivering to your home or work isn't possible. Please note: that our parcels do not require signature on delivery.
Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and collect from your preferred store. Simply add your items to your shopping bag, select Click & Collect from the options at checkout, choose your preferred store and complete your transaction. You'll then receive an email confirming your order and be notified of when your goods are ready for pick-up. There are no delivery charges and it means you don't have to wait around at home for your order. Plus, you can try on your goods in store and if you don't like them, or they don't fit, you can return it on the spot. Too easy!
Australia Post's secure 24/7 Parcel Lockers offers an easy and convenient alternative. To select this delivery option at checkout, you must first create a free Australia Post MyPost account. Once you've created your account, you can select this option at checkout. You don’t need to pay for using the Parcel Locker and delivery is free for orders over $59 or $5.95 on orders under $59. Another option is to have your order delivered to your local Post Office. You can select this shipping option and your preferred Post Office by entering your postcode during the checkout process. Delivery is free for orders over $59 or $5.95 on orders under $59.
