Returns Process

If purchased online using PayPal, you can return your item for a refund or credit via our online returns system. If returning at a Bonds or Bonds Kids store, you can receive a refund, exchange an item or obtain a store credit in the form of a Bonds gift card.

If purchased online using Afterpay you can use our online returns system to return your item for a refund or online credit. You cannot exchange these items at a Bonds or Bonds Kids store, you can only receive a refund for that item.

If purchased online using Zip you can use our online returns system to return your item for a refund or online credit. You cannot exchange these items at a Bonds or Bonds Kids store, you can only receive a refund for that item.

If purchased online using Open Pay you can use our online returns system to return your item for a refund or online credit. You cannot exchange these items at a Bonds or Bonds Kids store, you can only receive a refund for that item.

If purchased online using Klarna you can use our online returns system to return your item for an exchange, refund or online credit. You cannot exchange these items at a Bonds or Bonds Kids store, you can only receive a refund for that item.
