TOG EXPLAINED
If you've never heard of the term before, that's ok! Short for Thermal Overall Grade, TOG measures the insulation and warmth level of sleepwear and bedding.
Simply put, the higher the TOG rating, the warmer the item, and the lower the TOG rating, the lighter and less warm it is.
