Returns Policy

Bonds provides FREE return shipping using Australia post eParcel. You can return most things purchased online as long as you meet the following conditions:

What can I return for change of mind?

1. ✔ Items purchased within 60 days from date of receipt
2. ✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
3. ✔ Swimwear only with the hygiene protective stickers still intact

What can't I return for change of mind?

1. ✗ Underwear (undies, not bras) can't be returned online
2. ✗ Hosiery (e.g. women's, kids and baby tights) can't be returned online
3. ✗ Swimwear that's missing the hygienic protection sticker
4. ✗ Gift cards
5. ✗ Personalised items
6. ✗ International orders
7. ✗ Items purchased from a Warehouse and/or Clearance sale
8. ✗ Products bought via bonds.com.au/outlet cannot be returned at all, unless faulty.

You must also:

• Include your proof of purchase
• If purchased at a Bonds, Bonds Kids or Bonds Outlet store, items can be returned to any Bonds, Bonds Kids or Bonds Outlet store.
• If purchased through Click & Collect, returns can be made via our online returns system or to any Bonds, Bonds Kids or Bonds Outlet store.
• Items cannot be returned to a Bonds Clearance store or a third party retailer (e.g. Big W, Woolworths, Myer, etc); returns must be made via that specific retailer.

You can return any product at any time if it is faulty, provided you have proof of purchase.
