How long does shipping take?
We use Australia Post eParcel to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery can take up to 7 business days. Please allow an additional 5 business days for personalised items to be delivered. If you would like you order earlier, you can now use Pick your day delivery in the checkout, with evening and Saturday delivery.
What is afterpay?

I’ve made an error with my billing address. What does this mean?
Not to worry, as long as your delivery address details are correct your billing address won't be affected.

I won't be home/work to receive my order, what can I do?
No probs! We have three convenient options for you to choose from if delivering to your home or work isn't possible. Please note: that our parcels do not require signature on delivery.
Option 1: Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and collect from your preferred store. Simply add your items to your shopping bag, select Click & Collect from the options at checkout, choose your preferred store and complete your transaction. You'll then receive an email confirming your order and be notified of when your goods are ready for pick-up. There are no delivery charges and it means you don't have to wait around at home for your order. Plus, you can try on your goods in store and if you don't like them, or they don't fit, you can return it on the spot. Too easy!
Option 2: Parcel Locker
Australia Post's secure 24/7 Parcel Lockers offers an easy and convenient alternative. To select this delivery option at checkout, you must first create a free Australia Post MyPost account. Once you've created your account, you can select this option at checkout. You don’t need to pay for using the Parcel Locker and delivery is free for orders over $59 or $5.95 on orders under $59. Option 3: Post Office
Another option is to have your order delivered to your local Post Office. You can select this shipping option and your preferred Post Office by entering your postcode during the checkout process. Delivery is free for orders over $59 or $5.95 on orders under $59.
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and collect your goods from any Bonds or Bonds Kids store. It is not available at Bonds Outlet store or independent retailers who stock Bonds products. It's perfect for those who don't wish to receive their order at home or work. Find out how it works here.
Can I arrange for someone else to pick up my Click and Collect order?
As long as they have your order confirmation email, featuring the QR code, they can collect the order on your behalf.
I placed an express shipping order but I have yet to receive it. Why?
Express shipping usually takes up to 2 business days to be delivered, once your order has been dispatched. If you're still waiting for your order beyond this timeframe, please contact Customer Service via email or on 1800 806 906 (Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm AEST).
Where has your express shipping option gone?
During peak sales periods, express shipping is temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.
How will I know when my order has been safe dropped?
With the tracking number that we supplied to you, it will be stated by Australia Post when it has been delivered with Safe Drop.
How long does it take Bonds to pick and pack an order?
It can take up to 1 – 2 business days for your order to be picked and packed. During peak periods this may be longer due to the high volume of orders.

What is Pick Your Day?
Pick your day is a delivery option where you can have your parcel delivered in a selected delivery window. This allows you greater flexibility to receive your delivery by selecting evening and weekend deliveries.
I placed a Pick your day delivery but am yet to receive my order. Why?
Pick your day orders will be delivered on the day selected in the checkout. If delivery is unsuccessful, delivery will be attempted at the same time the next day. If you're still waiting for your order beyond this timeframe, please contact Customer Service via email or on 1800 806 906 (Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm AEDT).
What is the cost of Pick Your Day?
Pick your day shipping is $5.50 for Weekday evening delivery and $7.70 for Saturday delivery for orders over $59 and Bonds Rewards members. For orders under $59, Pick your day shipping is $12.45 for Weekday evening delivery and $14.65 for Saturday delivery.
Why is Pick Your Day not available for my address?
Pick your day is currently available for Victoria metro postcodes.
Can I change my delivery day for my Pick Your Day delivery?
Pick your day deliveries cannot be changed once confirmed. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact Customer Service via email or on 1800 806 906 (Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm AEDT).
