What are Bonds Bucks?
Bonds Bucks is the name of the reward vouchers members receive. You receive Bonds Bucks vouchers after reaching 100 points, as a new member joining Bonds Rewards (Welcome gift) and as an Anniversary gift.
Can I redeem my Bonds Bucks vouchers at any Bonds store?
Yes, if you're in Australia, you can redeem your Bonds Bucks voucher/s at any Bonds store and Outlet locations.
Redemption of Bonds Bucks vouchers outside of Australia is only available on the Bonds.com.au website.
Can I use my Bonds Bucks voucher in conjunction with other promotions?
Yes you can! There may be some exclusions for specific promos, make sure you check the T&Cs when you're shopping an offer on our website, at Bonds stores and Bonds Outlet.
Is there a minimum spend for my Bonds Bucks voucher?
Nope! You can redeem your Bonds Bucks voucher without a minimum spend.
Can I use more than one Bonds Bucks voucher in one transaction?
No limit! You can stack as many Bonds Bucks vouchers that you have in your account within one transaction.
Do my Bonds Bucks vouchers expire?
Bonds Bucks vouchers expire between 30 days to 3 months from the date of when they are issued. Check the terms of each of your vouchers which can be found in your My Accounts section.
What happens to my Bonds Bucks voucher if I make a return on something I bought with my reward?
Bonds Bucks vouchers are single-use only and won't be reinstated into your account once redeemed.
Where can I spend my Bonds Bucks voucher?
You can redeem your Bonds Bucks vouchers in any Bonds stores, Bonds Outlet and on the Bonds website. Your vouchers & points will sit in your My Account section. When shopping online, all available rewards will appear at checkout. If redeeming in store, please scan your member QR code and let our teams know at the register which voucher/s you'd like to use.
When will I receive my vouchers?
Accumulate 100 points and you'll be rewarded with a $5 Bonds Bucks voucher. You'll be notified by email and all rewards will be housed in your account.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Your rewards vouchers will be added to your account once 100 points is reached. They are redeemable at Bonds stores, online and at Outlet locations. Ensure you're logged in when shopping online, all your available rewards will appear at checkout. If redeeming in store, please scan your member QR code and let our teams know at the register which voucher/s you'd like to use.
What is an Anniversary gift?
Every year on the date you joined Bonds Rewards, you'll receive a reward from us! Make sure you're subscribed to our emails or you'll miss the notifications. Your gift will be automatically added into your account, and you'll be able to see your Anniversary date.
