You'll earn points every time you shop products (excluding gift cards) in our Bonds stores, on our website and Outlet stores. Each $1 spent equates to 1 point earnt as a member. Make sure you're logged in online or you've scanned your member code in store before finalising your purchase.
Purchases at any Bonds Clearance stores will not be converted to points.
Your points balance will be displayed at the top of every Bonds email you receive. You can also log into your account on the Bonds website where your points balance will be displayed in the My Account section.
No points will be earned on purchases of gift cards. The redeemer of the Bonds gift card will earn points on their purchase if they're a member.
You can only earn points from shopping at Bonds stores, Bonds Kids stores, Bonds Outlets and the Bonds website.
This excludes any Bonds Clearance stores.
Points expire 24 months after the date on which they're earned.
Unfortunately, no. Any purchases you made as a guest and whilst not logged in to your account will not be converted into points.
Make sure you're signed into your account online and/or scan your QR code in store at the register before payment to accumulate your points!
Your points will be deducted depending on the dollar amount being returned. In some cases, you may go into negative points.
Yes, you can. If you reach 100 points, earn a $5 Bonds Bucks voucher and your points balance resets to zero, any return amount processed after this will be deducted from your overall points balance.
For the launch of Bonds Rewards, we gifted points to existing members of our previous Bonds & Me loyalty program who shopped products within the last 12 months at our Bonds stores or on Bonds.com.au.
